Jamie is very experienced and professional but also genuinely kind, honest, trustworthy and very reasonably priced. I can wholeheartedly recommend.
We needed a leak to be fixed and old pipework to be replaced. Different sizes of pipes and pipe joints made the job more complicated. We had helpful discussions to decide the most satisfactory way to execute the job which was then carried out in a responsible and careful way.

Jamie arrived at our home on time and quickly spotted an issue behind our weak electric shower (bad plumbing from previous plumbers). He very quickly applied a fix and fitted our new shower for us. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Super friendly man and gave us useful tips on a separate occasion over the phone on fixing a leaky filling loop on our boiler. Happy to have him back in the future for other jobs in the future !

Jamie was an absolute star. He came at very short notice to fix out boiler. The house was ice cold and we have two small children. He came , showed us what was wrong, fixed the boiler and had the house warm again within 20mins . He did all this before going out for a meal with his family. He came , explained what he was doing, got the boiler working and did it all before he went out to dinner with his family on a Saturday night. Jamie is probably the best gas engineer I have had dealings with to date. He is an expert, was initially able to diagnose the issue over the phone for us and charged a very good price for his work. Jamie did a boiler job for me in a block of flats. I described the issue over the phone, and he knew exactly what had gone wrong. He bought a few parts and sorted out the issue. He revisited to make sure there were no unintended consequences, like a ripple effect on other plumbing in the flat. The call charge is pretty reasonable considering the cost of living issue. Jamie is a real professional.

We needed to replace our system boiler with a combi boiler as well as replacing our remote controlled shower with a regular shower. Jamie and his team managed to do that in a day, they were very punctual, clean, professional and on top of that managed to change our shower without having to break any tiles in it which was very important to us. Jamie is always available to answer questions, knows what he's doing and is a nice guy all around, couldn't recommend more.

Excellent service and highly recommended. Jamie fitted a new plume kit to an existing boiler having fully researched the requirements. He’s extremely busy but once he started the job, he was both professional and extremely courteous.
Jamie came out to have a look at my boiler as my radiators were coming on when the heating is meant to be turned off. He noted that it wasn't a problem with the diverter switch and was likely the thermostat sytem. As no work was done, he didn't charge me for his time.
